Hector Tovar did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.
Hector Tovar did an excellent job of servicing our water filtration and softening system. He took all the time that was needed to find the reason for a water pressure issue, which was only one of the reasons we called for service. He went as far as using his cell phone to video the issue when he found it. He did this in order to show his boss what the problem was so when we called to get the issue resolved they would know exactly what needed to be done. He was polite and listened to our concerns.
