Jim McGarry came to the house and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgable and even saved me some money when he determined one of my filters did not need to be replaced. Jim is very personable, on time and it was great dealing with him.
Ray Heredia was thorough, did the water testing, filter replacement, cleaned out the salt barrel, and best of all actually showed me how to enter the salt amount correctly. Re educated me. Thank you for good service!
Michelle was very efficient in helping me get an appointment to have our system tested, and Tony really excelled by thoroughly testing our system and recommending a course of action to include carbon filtration.
From the sales team to the service technicians and the customer support team the experience has been really first rate and we are very happy with the products that we bought. I would reccomend this to anyone who needs these products.

Lakyn Schafer, I love her so much. She walked me through everything she was checking for me replaced my filters even killed a black widow for me. She had so much knowledge I was totally impressed. Not only did she know the business but she was familiar with Barstow. She totally made me feel like family. Her Customer Service skills made Lifetime solutions a name that will stick with me forever.
