I had an excellent experience yesterday with Lifetime Legal. I received a phone call from Tasneem who needed to carry out ID checks on me. She explained everything clearly and was very patient dealing with an 86 year old. She was charming and courteous throughout the call. An altogether pleasant experience.
Poor - NO cooling off period - they have a take the money and run attitude. DO NOT SIGN up unless you are ready to proceed with the sale, as there is NO cooling-off period, no commercial, look at your circumstances. Our circumstances changed, and 2 days after signing up, we were refused a refund even though we had not completed sign-up!!??!!
