I recently lost my gym of 5 years at Cor24, I immediately began searching for a new place. As soon as I walked into Lifestyles in JC I felt "this is it!" I was excited to learn of the early morning classes. I'm trying all of them that I can, and I love the layout! Beginning to figure out a good routine of habit here. I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Johnson City and the hotel offered free passes to Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center. I was incredibly impressed when I walked into the gym. There were enough squat racks and dumbbells in the gym for me to not have to wait on anyone. And the gym even had a Crossfit gym attached. This is one of my top 10 gyms that I have ever been to!
I recently renewed my membership with Lifestyles of Johnson City. I've been a member here for over 20 years. Several reasons for my long term commitment to this facility are the great staff, how they keep the facility up to date, and take care of the equipment. In addition, they have a variety of training and exercise programs you can use. I really like their Spinning classes.
