Great gym! Awesome facility! Very clean! Super nice staff!
It is the best if you have had a fitness trainer you can work at your own pace I use the machine I hate and the ones I like only because I know they are good for my body I do 60 minutes fitness class sometimes walk and spend 2-3 hours altogether MWF I work on balance and strength I'm 100% better in 1 month I'll continue thanks to determination and seeing and feeling the good results ���

I went there to sign up last week and David the guy behind the counter talked to my wife and myself and since she is on disability we ask if they had silver sneakers and they do and he proceeded to get me to sign up I really wasn't ready to sign a contract and I was talking with him and he basically told me that my wife dis not matter because she would be free because of the silver sneakers and he proceeded to tell me she wasn't important and that she did not matter so basically they will not get my business and everybody I ... read more
