This place is ridiculous. They pressured me into a contracted plan with promised of a session with a personal trainer and access to extra classes that I never got. There are like 3 staff members who are pleasant and kind the rest of them are judgmental, rude, and sure to make you uncomfortable if you're not at their own level of fitness already. They refuse to let you cancel and belittle you when you ask questions, even with medical documentation!!!! If they won't let me cancel I'm just going to have to be sure none of my fr... read more

I absolutely love Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center. The layout of the gym is perfect. I love the amount of space there is. I love the variety of classes they offer. My personal trainer Sandra Talford is the absolute best! Lifestyle has the complete package! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I enjoy my membership at Lifestyle, always clean and inviting. I love the group fitness classes, WERQ and Kettlebell being my favorites :) The childcare that is offered makes getting to the gym convenient and the price is very affordable. The workers are fabulous with the children... our Son loves the childrens area!
