Where to start. In need of some me time to de stress and with a torn calf injury I decided to arrange a visit to lifestream wellness. After a conversation about my health and wellbeing I was advised that I would be able to benefit from cryotherapy. Having never used it before and only ever seeing online I was slightly apprehensive. Loved my float!! Great gift and super friendly owner, I've booked to go again, FYI the water is NOT cold, the 1hr seems to go by so quickly and perfect silent dark environment to meditate weighlessly
Floatation tank was very relaxing and staff were very friendly and informed. The tank filled up during my time to get ready, which was very comfortable because I knew only I will be in that water
