Worst company in the world Total frauds and crooks The owner (Michael) is a total scammer We terminated our contract with them as landlords as at that point they owed us upwards of 12k worth of rent AVOID at all costs, and if you don’t after reading this message, you will think back to reading this and wonder why you never listened
As a landlord I'd avoid like the plague. They over promise and under deliver. I'm now left having to legally evict a tenant who was let a room in a flat with no HMO licence, as well as chasing for outstanding rents from tenant and Lifenest alike. I've also had to pay outstanding utility bills as they changed the PAYG meters with quarterly billing without my permission. Do yourself a favour, avoid the headache!
