I had the perfect experience renting a room through Life Stay. From start to finish, everything was smooth. My agent Shady was incredibly helpful and was always responsive throughout the process. He made sure everything was taken care of right away. The service I received was very professional and I'm very satisfied with the move in. Highly recommend!
Geniune advice. Avoid this agency at all cost I lived in one of their properties for three years. While the first year and a half were smooth thanks to the great and responsive property manager (her name was Karol), but things took a downturn and became unbearable after she left. The new property manager lacked even the basic skills to deal professionally with tenants. He explained everything clearly, which really helped me understand the process. Shady went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome — even treating me to bubble tea! I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for accommodation.
