Avoid this agency at all costs. I had a terrible experience renting through them. There was a serious leak in the flat that led to mold, and despite repeated complaints, it took them six months to address it. When I moved out, they withheld my deposit for four months—completely unlawfully. I had to raise a dispute with the deposit scheme to finally get it back.
