Gibril helped us with a viewing in Cutty Sark that was a beautiful apartment. He was very kind and responsive and gave us a number of different options that fit our criteria. Unfortunately, our experience with Life Residential overall was quite frustrating, given there were 4 rounds of back and forth between us, other tenants, and the landlord to the point that there was a difference of £400 pounds in monthly rent between the first and final offer. Esmee is a massive upgrade to every other representative I was allocated to, really seems to show urgency and accountability. Whenever I needed help I dreaded the moment I had to ask for it due to poor experiences but completely turned it around for me. If I have an issue I’m happy to report it without a second thought.
