I had a great experience working with Daniel through our flat rental search. He struck a great balance in communication with being very responsive while not being overbearing. He was also very transparent and honest with flat conditions and the local areas we viewed.

Generally, everything with Life Residential works very systematically. Coomunication is prompt and property issues are resolved in sensible timelines. Property management team is reachable by phone or email so that's good. Recently we had a critical issue in our apartment and Ilinca - our proprty manager - was able to resolve extremely promptly.
Really good experience working with Mohammad. He accepted everything I requested and the process of signing contract is nice and fast.
