Awful and truly unprofessional letting agency. We could not get in contact with our property manager for weeks on end, taking months to send out a plumber for our leaking bathroom - who then did not even fix the problem. Is like they have gone out of their way to train people to be as unhelpful as possible. Terrible property management. The issues (bed, chairs, washing machine...) are still ongoing for 3 months. Many staff turnover, we had several property managers in 3 months. Landlady claimed she has paid for the repairs. Avoid at all cost.

Thomas Chan who is my property agent is very professional. He always does his best to fix the issues I face in the flat. Very proactive and great at his job :)
