Very poor experience with this letting agency. After moving out, I had to chase them repeatedly for weeks just to get any update on my deposit. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I was often ignored. Despite the landlord confirming that my deposit would be returned in full, the process was unnecessarily delayed with multiple incorrect and conflicting requests.
