I would highly recommend Jason for counselling who adapts and changes your plan to support as needed. He works across all aspects of life, mental health, physical fitness and sleep with impressive results! A copper water jug is a must. Thank-you Jason!
Jason is an excellent therapist, who helped me through a very difficult time and made me realise the situation I was in. I have been working with Jason and Life in Action for over 2 years now, and I would highly recommend. He has helped me challenge my beliefs and improve my mindset, gaining greater self esteem and confidence as he's guided me through difficult times. He is very empathetic, understanding and relatable making it easier to talk about complicated issues and understand myself better.
I could not recommend the therapy and counselling sessions with Jason at Life in Action any higher. Since seeing Jason my life both professionally and personally has had a complete 180. Jason is exceptionally perceptive and has been completely supportive in helping me understand how to achieve my goals. I feel very lucky to have found such a good therapist close by.
