Met with Adam a few weeks ago who undertook a session to help my wife overcome her extreme cat phobia. I was amazed at the results in that my wife was able to very calmly approach and stroke a cat the very next day after the session. Adam was very pleasant, professional and accommodating and can’t thank him enough for what he has done for us. Would recommend Adam wholeheartedly.

Have tried a number of other hypnotherapists across the area without any success. Had almost given up this form of therapy but gave it one last go in contacting Life Hypnotherapy. Pleased I did so as I was extremely impressed with Nigel. Would recommend him 100%
