Annoying self service where the store default assumption is that you are a thief. My cooler bag is obviously too heavy to be a bag so flags up the scales...and then have to unpack and find receipt to swipe to get through the security exit. SERIOUSLY...? Shan't be shopping here again until you treat customers a little bit better than this.
