I originally gave this store 5 stars because it has massively improved — and overall it’s still a great place to shop. However, I’ve now witnessed the same staff member (Bearded with a Pony Tail) behave quite rudely on multiple occasions (this is the third or fourth time). On this occasion, he was restocking high shelves and briefly lost his balance, grabbing onto a sign which broke. Two young women nearby understandably asked if he was okay.
