Popped into lidl yesterday to grab sunscreen, and mate, it was a bit of a mare. Not a single staff member on the shopfloor to help out. I was wandering around for 15 minutes before I gave up and went to the till. The bloke there was pretty helpful, sorted me out, so cheers to him. But come on, it shouldn’t be such a mission to get help. Then at the checkout you’ve got just two tills going, queues stretching long. Even when the third till opened, it was still chaos. Very good
Everyone knows Lidle, I think; their rye bread is superb and a good price, as is their rum; I like it in my coffee at the weekends! The centre isle offers are often too good to resist; their app is fabulous too!
