I hate the new self service tills. It's always chaos. Long, long queues unorganised. Hardly ever anyone on the till. It was much better before. The bakery is always half empty after 5pm. The short middle aged white woman always yelling, complaining and dissing everyone at the top of her voice every time I go in. She always has an issue with someone or something. Staff or customers. She is quite rude I'm amazed she gets away with it.
As a customer of this branch since it opened, I feel compelled to write this review. since enforced self service checkouts were introduced a number of issues have arisen. Entered 11am after collecting shopping went to check out, It was clear that it was understaffed & many problems where already happening. Half way through, Last item did not give me discount on the package. Had to wait 4 minutes for lady to arrive in the meantime the scan item had re-moved its self from the visual.
