The queuing layout is a shambles and the staff know it but nothing is done. The layout at the self-service tills is badly organised and managed. SORT IT OUT!!!! Also the store does not look clean, rude staff, very long queues, people handling baked goods with their hands, the lost goes on.
Lidl Exchange always offers great value, and Mahmud makes the experience even better. He is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Really shocking and terrible service from a staff member called Iram who thinks it's okay to harass and bully customers.
I broke my hand last day but need my weekly groceries even in the busy Saturday morning there is a customer assistant Mahmud helped me to get my stuff and help me to do my purchase easier. Highly recommend and appreciated this service. Thanks Mahmud & Lidl
