After reading some reviews, I believe many experienced the same - poor customer service from one particular male staff, the tall thin grumpy guy. He seems unhappy about everything. He has been quite rude and blunt to many customers in my observation. People either scan their lidl plus too soon or too late, never at a good timing to him - he will let you know by his verbal or non-verbal expression of dismay.
