Getting rid of small hand held baskets to make people use those bigger trolley-basksts in the hope they'll buy more is ridiculous. As a single person I only need a few small things so dragging a trolley around the shop for that is just silly. The large trolley-baskets also don't fit up on the shelves at the self checkout so older folk will have to bend down to the floor to pick out and scan every item which is also not a good idea. Literally every other shop in the UK has hand held baskets for reason.
