I want to make a complaint about one member of staff at lidl Hornchurch. I've got served today on 30th April 2025 until he mentions that if I've got a lidl app, and instead of saying no as I felt tired of a long day, I shook my head side to side saying no, then rudely repeating himself by saying about the lidl app and I've already told him that I've haven't got one and I mention about me shaking my head and he rudely that I should speak.
