I found Jay in Harrow Store to be very polite and helpful despite the store being very busy. He is always ready to help you.
It’s your average Lidl with just a few problems.. one is the mess especially near the fruit/veg and bakery! This is where some of the most freshest food in the shop is and yet it’s always dirty… another problem is the security they are beyond a joke and absolutely rude!
The dark skinned Indian lady with glasses - Absolutely appalling behaviour from her at Harrow St Ann’s Lidl. Her attitude is disgraceful she speaks to customers like she’s barking , not helping people. There’s no basic courtesy, no professionalism, just pure rudeness every single time. It’s genuinely concerning how someone like this is allowed to deal with the public.
