Today went shopping (lidi abingdon) and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the person who was on self checkouts I think his name was Joe was very patient and understanding my needs on the machine hope this feedback gets back to the staff here at abindon Lidi
Normally the staff are very pleasant and helpful but "Arta" seemed to have woken up on the wrong side of bed this year. She was rude, and lacked any human decency or manners, I have had customer service in a prison visiting room with convicted felons. Her approach of banging fresh produce against the scanner to scan them, was in her words "what we do here, and get used to it".
