Went in with my wife to let her see the range of goods and bought a few items. We went to the self serve checkouts, I put our goods through, bagged them, and paid with my debit card. As we were leaving a member of staff said, loudly and in earshot of several other customers "Excuse me, you haven't paid!". Well, I certainly had and still had the receipt in my hand. She mumbled some excuse about the self service till showing a warning about weight. We left, vowing never to return again. Completely humiliating for us.
