If you put a sign in your car park offering to reimburse up to 2 hours parking, then don't refuse to do so if your customer elects to pay for their car parking via the App because they have no coins. Waitrose reimburse if you use the App or cash. So do what you say or change the sign in the car park to reflect your nonsensical policy. All this does is drive people away from shopping in Crewkerne in favour of places that don't charge (pretty much everywhere else).
Aisles of smiles is addictive . Go in for a simple thing and end up spending a half an hour wandering around looking for things I " can't live without " . Prices are cheap also.
