Brand new store and full of bargains. Friendly staff. I'm not sure it will tempt me away from our familiar Aldi but time will tell. It seems very quiet every time I shop there. Not so brand new on this revisit review but still very quiet compared to other supermarkets in Hexham. You've really got to have the app to get the most from shopping here. We still favour Aldi. But now I have the App. And I use the shop more regularly. There are some good offers with the app.
Lots of parking, spacious and well-lit store with baked goods as you enter. Some good products (aged basmati rice, German cooked meats as you'd hope), some very ordinary. Themed grocery weeks devoted to food from a particular place can have some delights and some horrors - always amusing. Has customer toilets.
