If I could give them 0 stars I would. My elderly parents went shopping yesterday with 2 young kids,18/08/25 and with a trolley load of shopping were forced to go through self checkout as they refused to open the counter for them. Then an Asian staff member opened the counter for a customer with only 2 items. They couldn't complete the transaction in 1 go as the scales were no big enough to hold the shopping so they had to do 2 transactions and then an African man (staff) tells them to hurry up on the self scan.
