I came to the Lichfield Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic with a persistent bout of achilles tendonitis and bursitis due to running. John was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful tips and advice to help me get over this, in addition to providing some treatment as well, to help speed up the healing process. Would recommend, especially if you have a sporting injury, as John has a lot of expertise in this area.
John has been excellent in sorting out my neck pain when it flares up. He uses a range of tools and techniques according to what I need and offers advice and suggestions of how I can manage it myself. John is very flexible and always manages to see me quickly.
