I couldn't be happier with the installation of the heat pump, Alex and the team were expertly knowledgeable throughout and initially provided detailed heat loss calculations that were matched with achieving a high SCOP efficiency.
I approached Libtek unsure of how I could replace an ancient gas boiler that was close to the end of its life and adapt my 1930s semi to benefit from the power from my solar panels. First Class Experience with Alex and the Team at Libtek. I’d been looking to get an ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) installed as we have Solar Panels + Battery and drive EV’s. Libtek was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. With all works we get done I always obtain multiple quotes. Alex gave great advice and showed us all the options. Alex is a trusted professional. He completed a total replacement of our heating system when we purchased a renovation property in 2020. He has been our go to plumber ever since. Alex is a great plumber, reliable and a good communicator. He is always contactable. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber/heating engineer.
We had Libtek replace our ground source heat pump and they were excellent from start to finish! Very good communication, always keeping us informed. This was a complicated job but made easy by Libtek. They even installed their own equipment to monitor the system and made a few adjustments to make it as efficient as possible. Massive thanks to Alex and the team - they spent 12 hours working on a Friday to install the pump and stayed to make sure it was running as it should. A* service!
