Library House Surgery

Myself and my then pregnant partner moved to Chorley and was welcomed by Library House. Every time we have been for the baby or otherwise it has been an excellent service. My asthma has improved massively since moving to this surgery and it is because of the care and attention the staff give you. The NHS does get a lot of stick but credit where credit is due, Library House is outstanding. Thank you.

Fantastic patient centred GP surgery! Today I needed Fit Note, GP appointment and ad hoc prescription which was most efficiently and diligently executed by Olivia who within a space of few minutes, got all sorted- appointment booked, prescription ready to be picked up at pharmacy and Fit Note came through electronically in about an hour after the initial call. I have had several concerning experiences with this surgery over time, which ultimately led my family to register elsewhere. On one occasion, I attended multiple appointments after feeling unwell. I was reassured that everything was fine, and at one point was advised to stop taking drugs, despite explaining that I do not take drugs or smoke.
