This location is full of cowards and thieves that are only concerned with their bottom line and making a dollar. While I appreciate the free market and understand that markup is how money is made, to eat up a down payment of over 12,000 in upselling supplement policies, ridiculous "paint protection" and other things, is shameful. To also fail to respond to voicemails and emails is no surprise either and reflects exactly what type of folks you would be dealing with if you shop this location.
They could be upfront and alert customers of charges for estimates when we make an appointment. Spent valuable time and gas driving there for an estimate and then learning about the charge. No one stated that upfront. A lost opportunity for them to turn me into a loyal customer.
Such a great team at all levels! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and really made the experience enjoyable.
Service department. Waited 15 minutes for the guy to bring out the paper work to start. Waited 15 minutes after my truck was placed in pick up area to be checked out. I walked up to the desk and someone standing around asked if I needed help and I pointed out that vehicle was ready. The service man stated I will do your paperwork in two minutes. Excellent customer service in their service department. They j elected my vehicle and found that I needed to replace both rear struts. They showed me a cost breakdown with parts from them and suggested shopping around for parts, saving me a close to $1,000.

The worst experience ever. Warranty surprises I mean when getting something they painted so nice. Now that it’s time to use the warranty. Warranty it’s only 50% off of whatever it is. Not to mention 1 yr ago they almost charg 4K and coming out the dealer 20 minutes into driving my my transmission broke down. There was no tranny problems prior to that. The customer service feels like you’re at a government office. Horrible
