I purchased a Rav 4 Hybrid from another dealership, due to Liberty Toyota being 8 mins from my home, I call for oil change, I went onto website and read what is required for my vehicle, I spoke to a service *** and gave her my VIN # for my vehicle, I was told one price but when I bought my vehicle in, everything change, I believe I was taken advantage of and I will be contacting Toyota *********** with my concerns, Also they move stuff around in my vehicle without my knowledge and this will be spoken about when I contact ***... read more
The vehicle was everything I expected, it was in excellent condition. Dealership responded to me the same day as my inquiry. They were very nice and helpful. Overall great experience
Very unprofessional business who added additional charges to my purchase without explaining it ahead. I do not recommend this dealership. They are arrogant, disrespectful and lie about hidden charges.

On May 25th 2024 ******************************* purchased her vehicle. ******************************* paid approximately $4,000 below the the sticker price of the vehicle. All costs were covered during the review of the purchase order. And additional products installed on the vehicle would be on the addendum next to the window sticker. All charges are listed on the purchase order. No charges are hidden. This information was reviewed by our Pre Owned manager as well.

Price was high but friendly service . Somehow a disinfectant spray and a bug deflector was $1000 add on that you couldn’t take off . I would definitely purchase from if the money was right
