Excellent experiance!
They didn’t reset my maintenance indicator light. Had to take time out of my day to return to dealer so they can do this.

Picked up my car that they said was complete just to find this. Had a service manager come out and take a look. He had the nerve to just look over me as I was down on the ground trying to assemble the pieces back together... Couldn’t be more disappointed with the service on my car that is only 9 months old. I guess that’s what Liberty Toyota calls complete.

I highly recommend Liberty Toyota in Burlington, NJ for their excellent service. Sam Kitchin, our service assistant was exemplary in arranging warranty coverage for replacement of a failed transmission with a remanufactured one from A Toyota factory. She also communicated with us every step of the way. If you live in South Jersey or lower Bucks county and need service at a Toyota dealership, I recommend them without hesitation.
I would like to thank Liberty Toyota for doing what 2 other dealers could not do...make me happy. Milton was a great salesman and worked very hard to ensure I was completely satisfied. Our deal took us to almost 11pm and Milton was on top of everything right to the end. Mike the Sales manager was great as well.
