It the worst place to buy a car. I bought my Camry sxe 2018 it came with a moonroof defect now I have to wait a month for a new moonroof. I was driving a loner for the time I was waiting for the moonroof now two weeks later the service manager(Joe) call me to tell me that I have to return the loner and drive my car like that. They did not wanted to work with me after being a customer for 10 years . Very unprofessional people
Just had my van serviced and never again the service department staff is very rude when tAlking to you. Had an appointment for 10am got their at 930am and didn't leave until 115pm. And I came for an oil change. Wasn't very happy at all
I was falsely informed about the application process thinking that it would be a soft inquiry on my credit report but as I looked it up. A hard inquiry was reported from Toyota Liberty. I was totally unaware of it and as I wanted to get this issue resolved. I was told that I can not be further helped because it is illegal to make any changes when it comes to running credit checks.
