Hope you have a few hours to spend waiting for your oil to be changed. Ridiculous wait times for something which should be so simple. Also, brought up the same problem multiple times and every time they said they fixed it (they didn't). It was only when my warranty was up that they suddenly "saw the problem". The only reason I keep coming here is because I was told I had to in order to claim my "free tires for life" (which is only really one set, not sure why it was presented to us as "for life"), I must come here for all my... read more
I gave them a two, simply because at least they answered the phone. After that, they're not very helpful. Very disappointed at this dealer. After speaking with two sales reps, and leaving a message for the sales manager I was still unable to get a call back inquiring about my purchase of a Highlander (and trade in of a Sequoia). After three days, I gave up and bought from Malvern (PA). Worth the drive! So much for this dealer honoring brand loyalty. Shame.

Last year was one of the hardest times of our life!! Was hit hard with health problems! One year later my wife and I are standing with Dave Smith buying new cars!! Thank you so much for making all the troubles of last year so much worth it! Double for our trouble!!
