You wait forever for a routine maintenance which you make an appointment for. I have actually caught the service people sitting in my car with their feet up. They are extremely pushy. They don't listen to you. I had to meet with the leasing guy. The sales guy would not let me meet with him saying he was on the phone and too busy. I asked numerous time to meet with him.
