When my car was finished from a wheel replacement, the spare was not put back properly and I had to call someone to help adjust it in order to replace side caps and cover. Also while driving home the hood of my car was bouncing. I pulled over to find that the hood was not closed as well. I was one of the last cars serviced. Perhaps the mechanics were in a rush to leave. Not good. Kevin, in service was very kind and helpful.

Called ahead to make sure I can drive a specific trim level. Drove over an hour after work and as soon as I sit down (after noticing a cigarette butt sitting right next to his mouse) he tells me it sold last night and they don’t have any similar trims in stock. Dirty and a waste of nearly 3 hours of my time
