Security System Not impressed with this company. So we pay approx $95 per month and are locked into a 5 year contract. Our alarm has gone off in the middle of the night and we received no phone call from the company and we are supposed to be direct linked to the police and we received no call from the police. Our second incident was a power outage and we were without power for over an hour and our system showed an ac power failure. Alarm system Having numerous false alarms, unable to contact anyone for help, cant even find a phone number to call. Ready to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Does anyone out there know the phone number for service.
Failed equipment and failed monitoring Active alarm 6 minutes and no call from monitoring and no siren from the panel. Now management is blaming the Rogers outage. I suppose that is possible.
unreliable Horribly unreliable system. Camera's are down more often than they are up, and don't count on customer service for any help. Last time we called for assistance they told us our ethernet hard wired camera is down because of our WIFI. doesn't take an IT guru to figure out WIFI and ethernet are not related. They will tell you everything you want to hear but will not deliver. run if you still can before they trap you.
Feeling safer! I sent an inquiry about service and Dennis called me the same day. He answered all my questions and went over all the pros and cons. Getting it installed was easy, Nick was on time and I didn't even need to book time off work. I am very pleased and feel much more secure already about my home. And it's very affordable.
