securty system i want to say a special thank to roman LAKHNYUK he was a very caring ambitious hardworking young man. He understood that at this time i was having some trouble financially so he helped by helping me out with some of the first months cost to me that shows concern for the safety of me and my kids and i do feel in my heart that liberty is very blessed to have this young man working for them and i do feel he will make it far in this working working world because of his way of thinking and his personality
Deceptive sale Saw liberty at the Edmonton Expo where they portrayed themselves as locally based. Great rep efficient installation. However, after sometime I ws ditched to an American company (Monitronics now Brinks), whose CSRs seems not to know anything. I requested a doorbell camera in June of this year which is yet to be installed and they have started charging me the additional amount. Home Security Activation Dealt with Nathan Goobie at Liberty who was extremely helpful and professional. He explained the process and the price very clearly and also helped with the software setup. Both my wife and I appreciated this help and are both comfortable using the app.

Upgrade to present security and alarm system from ADT We had a new security system put in by Liberty and it took three tries by different reps, over three different days to get to a customer satisfactory place. Josh Hudson was sent out today August 12/17 to fix what was left in an unprofessional state. He was most helpful, professional, and very personable. False Advertising, Bad Service, Unable to get Refund It's been three weeks. From the start this was a horrible experience. Sales documents showed pictures of items that weren't actually available. Told system would be installed on GSM but was installed on wi-fi and wouldn't arm from outside house. Lock offered as part of package was sub standard. When I asked for a replacement lock on the advice of a locksmith, service technician called to argue with me on how good the lock would be, using his own experience as "proof". Requ... read more
