Liberty Security Great pricing on a great product. We had an awesome sales rep. Very user friendly. Installion was painless. Our install person was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the system to us. Positive experience. Will recommend this company to friends and family.

Abusive Misusing of lack of information from newcomers. Never said if they make a contract, we can't cancel it. I phoned the company back and said my wife is home and don't need the service besides I can't afford it but never accept it.

Security compamy Richard has a great personality. Very personable and patient! The guy that came and did the install was very quick and quiet(I was on nightshift sleeping). Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone were excellent! Great service!

Home security Liberty is a refreshing change from typical security providers. Or family has used a number of different service providers over the years and Liberty is far and away the best in class. System has never worked correctly, but once they have you roped into a contract there is no way to get out We were sold the system after being told our dog would not trip the alarm, we've had them call the cops on out dog a dozen times now, we can't even turn on the system when we leave the house now because of it. The fire alarm is the most obnoxious noise imaginable and then they expect you to be able to hear through the speaker box to tell the tech it's a false alarm, when they can't hear you and you can't hear them over ... read more
