Changed panel D Fraser did a great job and was very helpful. I forgot to remind him to leave some stickers and he came back after his next job to drop them off. I am very impressed with the service I received.

Installation of new alarm system Installer arrived on time. Evaluated the current installation to determine what could be reused. Seemed to get things done in record time. To date, everything has worked as advertised. My only "complaint" is the smoke detector sets off the alarm when the system is not armed. I'm told this is a feature. Now I have to make sure I don't burn dinner :)

Home Security System We felt extremely comfortable and appreciative for the time the sales associate spent with us not only reviewing the different options and explaining the companies values but also trying to get to know us on a more personal level to really understand our needs and concerns. We would highly recommend Liberty to others in the market for a Home Security System and even if you aren’t, as we weren’t initially either when approached by a competitor, to give them a chance to explain what they have to offer!

Headache Alarm faulty, keeps going off or telling me doors are opened when they are not. Had the alarm company out and have had them reset a few times.still having alarm issues. I will be changing companies.

Good Customer Service from Liberty I had good service from Liberty. Dennis was very helpful and a wonderful sales person. He understood our financial and security requirements and accommodated our needs. Everything was smooth and you do not have to wait for hours to talk to someone which I think is the best. Technical and customer service is within our reach. It has been only a month so all my experience are from a month's perspective. Hopefully, we will have good service in future as well.

Simple to use, great service I had the rep from Liberty give me a quote for an office alarm system. He was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The installation went smoothly and their installer took the time to walk me through the online portal. We are happy with the setup and the peace of mind it provides!
