Amazing service!! I have only been using this new system now for a few days and the customer service already beats the last company I was using...hands down. The install didn't go as smoothly as planned because of the newer equipment but within minutes it was taken care of, communicated and fixed. Amazing. Thank you.

Liberty security technician poor service, at times the alarm would go off and the operator would not answer the intercom. panels were cheap and relied on old technology. paperwork was often misplaced or unaccounted for.

Excellent Service Our organization connected with Liberty Security for upgrades to our security camera system. Liberty Security understood our needs and made recommendations with their expertise on the best way to integrate the system. Alarm system I have a liberty alarm system I was told I could cancel the contract for a fee and I phoned no I can't do that I have to pay the full amount plus my store was broken into and the alarm company never told me and next day my alarm was going off when I got to store.AFter that I asked to remove my alarm system out in dec 29 and they have it I moved my store and a week later they called and told me alarm was acting up and I told they have it and again a couple days ago they called me again to check my alarm system it... read more
Security System/Automation. I Love the system and the Representative was great, Professional and a great guy, He Really listened to what I needed as a customer. He made sure we had all the information and was very open and honest with everything. The customer service has been great as well. Overall we are very impressed and pleased.

Security Alarm Replacement I have an older security alarm for the past 30 years, and decided to switch to a newer alarm system. The alarm I have replaced with Liberty Security is excellent in value, and it is very easy to use. The only thing I have concerned is the smoke alarm which you will not able to test if it is working or not. My old smoke alarm had a light button which I can push it to send signal to the monitor station for testing. Otherwise, everything will be perfect. Service building alarm We needed a system where we could monitor who was accessing the building and we were able to achieve this with a new system from Liberty. We have not had any issues with the alarm system and have the convenience of being able to monitor the system online and via cell phones. Great service from Liberty.

Monitored Security Installation process is a joke and hidden costs. We were told that there is no cost for dispatch for alarms by the sales gentleman, but it turns out there was when there was a false alarm from construction dust (which I believe is faulty on the sensor products). It took 3 separate installers 3 separate times to install the tilt sensor correctly. There has been multiple cancellations, most of the time very near the time of the appointment.
