Amazing Customer Service from Beginning to End From the onset, Doug was professional and really listened to what we needed. He was great at recommending the right products and switching out product, which did not work for us. I think we met every technician at Liberty, so thank-you goes out to Josh (who looks like Ryan Renolds) Denis, Aaron and anyone else whom I may have forgotten.

Liberty Security Home Alarm I wanted a home alarm system installed for simple piece of mind. Good and affordable service A close friend of ours, Khalid from Liberty Security suggested their services when we moved into our new townhouse. I have to say the service has been really good. Khalid really explained in details our options as customers and made us understand how the system works. The technician was really knowledgeable and took his time to ensure the product is working properly. Home Security System Canadian company based in Edmonton; excellent service from Khaled Tallani, did not sell me I didn't need; came out to my home in the country twice; returned my calls and answered my emails promptly; even provided me with references I requested; everything works the first time; cost is competitive.

Home Security System I contacted 4 Security Companies for quotes to install a new system in my home. 2 were quite shady, and 1 did nothing but put down the competition consistently. Frustrated, Tired & Exhausted - Use at your own risk! We had a bad experience with Liberty, we chose them on the basis of reviews at home stars. We signed up on the basis of the plans we saw on their website, we got a really good price for thier best plan. However, later we found that there was a mismatch in what was listed and being supplied, there was not enough clarity on the plans and equipments they'll provide if a customer already had some hard-wired equipments already installed at their place. Alarm system I decided I wanted to upgrade my system. I received three detailed quotes and picked Liberty. All the quotes seemed pretty similar over the term of the contract with some having more upfront costs and some more monthly costs.
