Have been paying for monthly Holo Alert fall pendant since April 2023, which started acting up August, 2024. Holo acknowledges request for cancellation, but Liberty will not allow me to cancel, even though product is defective. After numerous attempts to resolve, it was never correctly set up, all they say can be done is upgrade. I no longer feel safe with these people being responsible for my ability to live my life. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. If you do your research you will see there is so many people so unhappy with this company. They are a joke. I have had nothing but issues with them regarding monthly payments. They have had tech issues on their end pulling my monthly payments and yelled at me over it. I have written proof from them saying it was an issue on their end. Now that that issue has been resolved they are taking out 2-3 payments a month and cannot tell me why! Security pendent was was purchased but I had To return it and they were very kind . They made the return process very easy.
This company is horrible. Constantly get hung up on. Wanting charge the customer extra technical support to come to your home to fix equipment that doesnt work anymore. And always telling the customer Nothing we can do. And to pay a monthly monitoring fee for what? All I can say is what a horrible company. Stay away from Liberty Security.
Be aware, this company charge you fictitiously, Invoice you on fictitious address then refer you to collection providing them a fictitious email and phone number. You will be shocked to see your credit report affected by their fictitious operation.

Worst install ever Installer did multiple unacceptable, unnecessary things either without asking or in spite of my direct communication. Absolutely zero consideration of the client, safety, aesthetics etc. Going to be a fairly major and unnecessary expense to put everything where it should have went. Nice enough guy too, so it hurts to have to call them out.
Unethical Company Buyer beware! Liberty Security will charge for services not rendered, techs will show up on the wrong scheduled date, holes were drilled in our wall one on the outside & inside when not required, when concerns are elevated to management the female "N" will promise and prevaricate even delete or deny conversations.
