Friendly, funny...a great experience I had gone to several Mazda dealerships before coming to Liberty Mazda in the search for my Mazda6. Other dealerships and sale people left me with a bad taste in my mouth which is ultimately why I walked away. With Al the experience was completely different. He was so knowledgeable, but also friendly and funny, which made the experience much more enjoyable. He worked with me to get a deal that I felt comfortable with and I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend Al and Liberty Mazda!
Generally positive experience-Purchase of 2017 Mazda MX-5 RF Generally a good experience, Jim was willing to meet with me at late hours (near closing time) and stay past close to show me the car and talk numbers. The conversation felt open and transparent and I didn't have to deal with the stereotypical "car salesman hassle". Great experience in leasing a car I test drove a Mazda CX-9 on Sunday and received great service and information from Al. I tried a few Fords on Monday and after a very condescending experience, I went back to the clear and helpful information I received at Mazda -and signed a lease that day. Al was really helpful throughout, and his sense of humor made the whole things more enjoyable!
