Hassle Free Experience Jim was great. It was a hassle free experience. He got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. I highly recommend contacting him when you are looking for a new Mazda!
Great Buying Experience Al is very knowledgeable He's very humorous and enjoyable to talk to. He made my car shopping experience way less intimidating and simple. He gave me a good deal on the Mazda CX-5, now we drive the same car!
look at another Mazda dealership This dealership asked for a deposit before I was approved to purchase a car. The deposit was contingent on approval. I was not approved and liberty Mazda illegally cashed the check. I alerted my bank it was fraud and my bank put a stop payment on the check. Jim, the sales rep did not help in anyway. Now, 2 months later, I received a letter from a debt collector trying to obtain $500 for no purchase. This is all illegal and shameful for a business to do. Be careful!!!
Al was Awesome! I knew what car I wanted to buy and did not want to sit and chat with a sales person. When Al Blank greeted me I told him here is my license and I want to drive these two cars. He said let's go and did not give me any sales pitch. I had a great time driving the car and laughing with Al over various topics. No Pressure Albert was great and so was the dealership. No harassment calls from the dealership prior to making my decision to purchase. Albert was very knowledgeable of the vehicle since he owns the exact model and has a unique sense of humor to alleviate any purchase pressure. No hassle over the price since they came well within my estimate. Very happy with the purchase.
