Very satisfied I worked with Albert Blank to lease my new Mazda CX-5 and could not be happier with the service. Albert was very professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. When I was a bit hesitant about making a decision on the spot, Albert was patient with me and told me advised me to think about it over night and get back to him the next day. Albert followed up with me the next day and I decided to move forward with the purchase. Overall great experience.

Fred was equally friendly and patient AND Both were willing to take the time to answer all my questions, and there were a LOT of them! Very Responsive! We found a vehicle we liked online and sent a note over. We got an immediate response from Jim and set up an appointment. Jim had the vehicle waiting for us, and warmed up, when we got to the dealership. We test drove it, got our questions answered (Jim was very patient with us), and quickly negotiated a price, including trade-in. Excellent experience I worked with Al at Liberty Mazda when buying my 2018 Mazda CX-5. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got it. I visited the dealership a few times before making my decision and Al was always patient, never made me feel overwhelmed or pressured, and was honest while making my decision. Excellent service from Jim! My boyfriend bought a new Mazda CX-5 and while with him I decided to upgrade my CX-3. We were able to complete both transactions same day with Jim at the helm. My boyfriend drove off in his new vehicle that very same afternoon. Great service, no gimmicks, and just a super nice guy.
